General Inquiries
Monthly Payment Process
You should receive a welcome packet from your lender within 4-6 weeks from the delivery of your car with information on how to create your account and arrange payments. The wind-down of Vroom operations will have no impact on your relationship with your lender.
Quality Issue
We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing quality issues with your vehicle. Vroom provides a 90-day / 6,000 mile Limited Warranty through our partnership with Safe-Guard as a standard with all purchases. If your vehicle was delivered to you during the last 90 days, please contact Safe-Guard for further assistance at 1-844-670-1873.
If you purchased additional/ extended warranties with your vehicle, please contact Safe-Guard for assistance under an active warranty contract.

Warranty or GAP Cancellation/Refund
To request a cancellation and refund for your warranty or GAP insurance, please complete this form (click here). If their is an active lien for your vehicle, refunds will be issued to the lienholder directly. These funds will be applied to your outstanding loan balance, and any refund owed to you will come from your lienholder directly.

Check Deposit Issues
Vroom provides refund checks that are marked “For Deposit Only”. Vroom checks cannot be cashed. Please deposit the check into an account with your bank or financial institution. If your bank is unable to verify the check, please contact apinquiries@vroom.com for further assistance
Title & Registration
Title Paperwork
Please email support@vroom.com with the registered buyer’s name & VIN with details of what documentation you are requesting.
Physical Title Requests from Lienholder
Please contact the lender listed on your bill of sale to obtain physical title information.
Registration Suspensions
Vroom is no longer in business, and we’re no longer able to provide title documents. Please contact to your local DMV and/or lienholder about your options to resolve the suspension in your state.
I went to my DMV and I need the original title to get my plates.
Please work with your current lienholder to help facilitate any title needs for the DMV to complete your plates and registration.
I’m being asked to pay additional money by the DMV
The funds sent to you were the total amount originally collected on your retail purchase agreement. No additional funds will be sent from Vroom.
The DMV is requiring an additional form that was not sent to me.
Please email support@vroom.com with full details on what your state DMV is requesting. Please include the full registered owner’s name and VIN.
I never received the package with instructions on how to register my vehicle.
Please email support@vroom.com with a request to resend your final documents related to your title and registration. Please include in your email a current mailing address for the replacement package to be sent.
